Imatex processes personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For further information,

Processing purposes
Imatex collects and processes the personal data of (potential) customers and suppliers for customer,
supplier, quotation and order management (including customer administration, organising visits,
preparing quotations, following up on orders/deliveries, invoicing, following solvency).


Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed based on article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

(b) required in the performance of an agreement
(c) required to comply with a legal requirement
(f) required in representing our legitimate interest to run a business
Insofar as the processing of the personal data takes place based on article 6.1. a) (consent), the
customer is at all times entitled to revoke the consent previously given.


Transfer to third parties
If it is deemed necessary in the realisation of the predetermined goals, the customer’s personal data
can be shared with other companies (within the same group) within the European Economic Area,
who are directly or indirectly connected to Imatex or any other partner of Imatex.
Imatex guarantees that these recipients will take adequate technical and organisational measures for
the protection of the personal data.


Retention period
The personal data processed for customer management purposes will be retained for the following
periods:
– Customer data: Up to 15 years after closing the dossier
– Supplier data: Up to 30 years after closing the dossier
– Employee data: 15 years after termination of employment, maximum of 50 years
– E-mail and communication data: 15 years after closing the dossier
– Financial data: In accordance with statutory prescription periods.


Right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection
and transferability of the personal data
At all times, the customer retains the right of access to his personal data and to have it corrected if
the data is incorrect or incomplete, to have it deleted, to have processing limited and to object to the
processing of his personal data on the basis of article 6.1 (f).
Furthermore, the customer is entitled to receive a copy (in a structured, common, and mechanically
readable format) of his personal data and to have that personal data forwarded to another company.

The customer is entitled to file a complaint with:
