Deze kunststoffen verwarmen we voor om ze buig- en plooibaar te maken.<br \/>Imatex heeft een uitgebreid machinepark om via verschillende technieken de kunststof platen in de gewenste vorm te brengen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Via plooitafels verwarmen we door plaatselijke verhitting een deel van de plaat op om deze daarna te <a href=\"https:\/\/imatex-plastics.be\/nl\/bewerkingen-van-kunststoffen\/buigen-plooien-en-draperen\/\" title=\"Buigen, plooien en draperen\">buigen<\/a> onder de gewenste hoek.<\/li>\n<li>Om een kunststof plaat te buigen verwarmen we de plaat voor in een oven. Daarna laten we de plaat afkoelen op een mail tot de gewenste kromtestraal wordt bekomen.<\/li>\n<li>Wanneer men spreekt over thermoforming verwijst men meestal naar het machinaal vormgeven van kunststof platen. Maar dit is dus eigenlijk maar \u00e9\u00e9n van de mogelijkheden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Via machinale thermoforming sluiten we de verwarmde kunststofplaat nauw aan op de matrijs om de tussenruimte te verwijderen door middel van:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>Pressure forming:<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Positieve overdruk die de verwarmde kunststofplaat tegen de matrijs drukt. De overdruk cre\u00ebren we door perslucht op een voorverwarmde kunststofplaat aan te brengen of de voorverwarmde kunststofplaat samen te drukken tussen een matrijs en een tegenmatrijs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/imatex-plastics.be\/nl\/vacuumvormen\/\" title=\"vacu\u00fcmvormen\">Vacu\u00fcmvormen of dieptrekken<\/a>:<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;\">Negatieve druk of een vacu\u00fcm die de verwarmde kunststofplaat tegen de matrijs aanzuigt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;\">Imatex past de geschikte techniek toe in functie van het gewenste eindresultaat.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/imatex-plastics.be\/nl\/contact\/\" title=\"Afspraak met Imatex\">Maak een afspraak om uw project te bespreken.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wat is thermovormen of thermoforming ?
