1953: Raphael Coosemans <\/a><\/h3>\n

M. Rapha\u00ebl Coosemans d\u00e9marre une production artisanale de plateaux en acrylique pour les boucheries dans son garage \u00e0 Schoten. La demande pour ces produits augmente rapidement et sa gamme s\u2019\u00e9largit.<\/p>\n

1970:<\/h3>\n

Ses deux fils, Jacques et Fernand, rejoignent la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u00e9m\u00e9nagent l’atelier en 1973 dans la Sluizenstraat. Des investissements substantiels sont faits dans le parc de machines situ\u00e9 \u00e0 cet endroit, ce qui donne une nouvelle dimension aux activit\u00e9s. Le pliage, le cintrage, le fraisage, le collage, etc. sont maintenant possibles avec Imatex.<\/p>\n

1978: Jacques Coosemans<\/a><\/h3>\n

\u00c0 la mort de Raphael Coosemans, Jacques et Fernand prennent la rel\u00e8ve et Imatex compte 17 employ\u00e9s. En 1981 et en 1983, l\u2019atelier existant s\u2019\u00e9tend sur une surface totale de 3 400 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

Avec l’arriv\u00e9e de Christophe Marchand en 1984, cousin de Jacques et Fernand, Imatex se concentre \u00e9galement sur le formage sous vide.<\/p>\n

Fernand quitte la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en 1987.<\/p>\n

Imatex, qui emploie 60 personnes, devient le leader du march\u00e9 au Benelux. Les machines \u00e0 commande CNC ont la cote et, en tant que leader au Benelux, Imatex investit dans une machine de d\u00e9coupe laser \u00e0 5 axes. Imatex se positionne ainsi par la suite comme une entreprise technologiquement innovante.<\/p>\n
