Le formage sous vide (thermoformage) <\/h2>\n
est un processus dans lequel une plaque de plastique est enti\u00e8rement chauff\u00e9e dans la machine, puis form\u00e9e sous vide sur un moule.<\/p>\n

Nous disposons de 8 machines \u00e0 vide, manuelles ou enti\u00e8rement automatiques, d\u2019une taille maximale de 2500 x 1700 x 800 mm. Nous sommes \u00e9galement ouverts aux petites s\u00e9ries. Pour le post-traitement, nous utilisons nos machines laser ou de fraisage \u00e0 5 axes, enti\u00e8rement contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par notre syst\u00e8me de CAD\/CAM.<\/p>\n
Imatex s’est \u00e9galement b\u00e2ti une excellente r\u00e9putation dans le d\u00e9veloppement de moules \u00e0 vide au fil des ann\u00e9es. Nous fabriquons votre moule \u00e0 vide \u00e0 partir de notre propre conception ou de celle d’un client dans notre propre atelier. Cela signifie que nous pouvons produire votre moule de mani\u00e8re rentable et efficace, puis proc\u00e9der rapidement au prototypage et\/ou \u00e0 la production. En fonction du plastique \u00e0 former et du tirage, le moule peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 en diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux : du MDF pour les tr\u00e8s petites s\u00e9ries ou des prototypes, de \u00e9poxy et de PU pour les petites et moyennes s\u00e9ries ou de l’aluminium pour les grandes s\u00e9ries. Le client peut \u00e9galement fournir le moule lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n
